WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 21 days of the shipment date. Any merchandise that looks worn/washed or is missing tags will not be accepted. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

*Orders placed on November 10th through December 25th are eligible for return or exchange until January 15th.*


WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Exchange for New Size 

In steps above, you'll be prompted to select a new size for the item you're returning. We'll ship the new item to you right away, on us!

Exchange for New Style

If you choose to return your item, you will also be given an  "Instant Refund" (think gift card), that you can use to place a new order online for a new style right away. Send your return back to us with the label provided when you can!


Return for full refund to original form of payment

Follow the steps above and we will send you a return label. Simply affix it to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location.


Can I return in store?

At this time, online orders cannot be returned in store and must be shipped back to our fulfillment center for a refund.

What if my order is a preorder? How do I start a return?

If your order is a preorder, your order number will have a prefix number attached to it. Only use the last 8 numbers to start your return. For example, your preorder number might be 12041234, so drop the 1 and only enter 2041234.
